Can I dispute an Instant Transfer?+
No. Instant Transfers are immediate and final, just like cash. Use Secure Transfer when you want a dispute window.
How long is the Secure Transfer window?+
7 calendar days from the moment the transfer is created, unless the sender releases the funds earlier.
Does AI decide my dispute?+
No. The AI reviewer only summarizes evidence and suggests an outcome. A human admin makes the final refund or release decision.

Every account is issued a unique handle like @jameson87. You send and receive money using tags — no account numbers needed.
